Our Standard Recruitment Process
#1. Review
We check out your application and whatever else we can find on you.
#2. Video Interview
We’ll have a video chat to see what we think of each other.
#3. Interview
Come in, see the office, and discuss things in more detail.
#4. Take-Home Task
Finalists are asked to complete a short task in line with their daily work.
#5. Offer
We invite the applicant we feel is the best fit to join us.

Tips for Getting Hired
- Bring your passion and knowledge to the application process. We love people with a great attitude.
- If you have experience with EDMs or even better, Vision6, be sure to let us know about it.
